We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Zayla jewelry, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your Zayla piece. However, you may return it and then make a new purchase.

Once your order is packed, the tracking number will be automatically sent to you. It may take a few hours for the courier to pick up your package and scan it into the system, and if your order was packed over the weekend, it will be updated on the next business day.
