Solid gold is an heirloom piece that will last a lifetime and we want you to love your jewelry! We will happily return any unwown, undamaged pieces that are in their original conditions for 30 days after delivery, for any reason.
Zayla will cover the cost of your return shipping labels, and your refund will be credited back to your original payment method after acceptance from our team. The return must be postmarked (i.e., scanned into the post office or other shipping provider) within 30 days of placing your order.
