Zayla is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation. We want every customer to be able to browse, shop, and reach us with ease.
Our standard
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other accessibility laws. This is an ongoing effort. We review the site regularly, fix issues as we find them, and hold new features to the same standard before they go live.
What we have done
- Text alternatives for images and icons throughout the site.
- Keyboard access to menus, product options, the cart, and checkout, with a visible focus indicator.
- A skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
- Color contrast that meets the WCAG AA minimum for text and controls.
- Labeled form fields and touch targets sized for easy use on mobile.
- Compatibility with current versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, and with VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS.

We work with these providers to make their tools as accessible as possible, but we do not control their code. If you have trouble with one of these features, please contact us and we will help you complete your purchase another way.
